Safety for a Residential Concrete Company is presented by Levi Schrock of Custom Concrete, Westfield, Indiana and was a featured presentation at Concrete Foundations Convention 2018 in Midway, Utah.  Levi is the Safety Director for his company and former chair of the CFA Safety Committee. Through his leadership, this committee developed a new safety resource titled the same as this talk to challenge the present cultures of concrete companies and the safety programs they feel might be working for them.  Improvement requires a cultural change, not starting from scratch but building from a renewed commitment and implementation of a framework…like the one prepared for you by the CFA. We hope you enjoy this podcast.
