7:30 pm – 9:00 pm: Awards Gala Dinner and Recognition in the Exhibit Hall

All packages that are shipped to the show must have the following information clearly labeled on each box, and can be claimed at the UPS store upon your arrival. At that time, you can arrange for boxes to be delivered directly to your booth for an 8am set-up on July 25th. Additional fees will apply for booth delivery.

Please be aware there is a charge for all shipping, receiving, and storage of boxes shipped to the hotel.
Boxes should be numbered “1 of 6”, “2 of 6”, “3 of 6”, etc. This way, the hotel will know when incomplete shipments are received. It is also very helpful for you to bring appropriate bills of lading and tracking numbers in the event additional information is required.
Please keep in mind that the hotel has limited space for box and equipment storage. Shipments are not to arrive sooner than two (2) business days prior to July 25 to avoid any additional storage and handling fees.
