Exhibitor Move-In: Thursday, July 19, 8:00 am – 2:00 pm
Exhibitor Move-Out*: Friday, July 20, 10:30 pm – Saturday, July 21, 12:00 pm
All exhibits will be located in the Bernese Event Center.
* Please note that you have the option to move out Friday evening after the exhibit hall is clear, or Saturday morning. No booths are to be broken down while attendees are still in the exhibit hall Friday evening. Fines may be associated with early break downs.

All exhibitors must download the 2018 Exhibitor Shipping Instructions for shipping requirements. Upon arrival, check with the Business Center to sign for your delivery, and at this time arrangements can be made to have your packages delivered to your booth if you chose. Handling fees will apply.
The Business Center is located in the Matterhorn Conference Center.
Please note: Exhibitors can enter the exhibit hall for set-up beginning 8:00 am on Thursday, July 19.
