The 2017 Concrete Foundations Convention is quickly approaching, and we are looking forward to having you in Nashville! Here you will find everything you need to know about exhibiting in Nashville, including set-up/tear down times, shipping, a layout of the exhibit floor/outdoor space and a complete convention schedule.
If you plan on exhibiting and are not listed in the floor plan, or you wish to be added as an exhibitor, please contact Lindsey ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org or (319) 895-6940 to make arrangements.
Please check the Exhibitor Registration List above to make sure ALL of your attendees are listed. If we do not have a representative from your company on this list, that means we do not yet have anyone registered from your company. All exhibitor personnel/guests must register online.
If you have personnel/guests that plan on attending, and they are not on the exhibitor registration list, please get them registered online today!

Tear down will begin immediately following dinner on Friday evening. Please have all items removed from the ballroom no later than 9:30 pm.
Exhibitors are encouraged to remain part of the event through Saturday’s festivities. Please RSVP to firstname.lastname@example.org if you plan on attending the Awards Gala Luncheon on Saturday.

4 pm – 6:30 pm – Dinner with Indoor/Outdoor Exhibits – Bars will be with indoor exhibits, and food trucks will be with outdoor exhibits.
If you are sending materials to the hotel, please ship to arrive no earlier than three (3) days prior to the event. Items must be labeled as follows:

Box Deliveries will be assessed a handling fee determined by weight. The Hotel will not be responsible for the safe keeping of personal or rented equipment. Outgoing packages being shipped by the Hotel will be assessed a minimum charge of $5 per piece.
Packages will be delivered to your booth space Thursday morning by 9am. Handling fees may apply.

If you have signed up to bring large equipment for the outdoor exhibits, please see information below regarding set-up and move out times. Please note that we have reserved both sides of Capital Street (a very low traffic area) for your equipment to be on-site. If you would like to take customers out to your trucks during Taste of Technology (Friday’s lunch with indoor exhibits), please feel free to use that time as needed.
